Our top priority is ensuring complete client satisfaction. Our regular 30-day return period applies. Normally, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be in the same condition as when you got it in order for it to be eligible for a return. We need your email receipt or another kind of purchase documentation to process your refund. If necessary, refunds
