Exchanges, returns, and refunds
Up to 30 days following delivery, we accept returns as long as the product is unused and in its original state. In the event of a return, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund. Please send us an email as soon as you can at customer service Email with your order number and a picture of the damaged item(s) if your purchase does come damaged. First and foremost, if you're thinking about returning something or getting a refund, it indicates you've placed an order with us. We really appreciate your support and assure you that we will make every effort to provide a fantastic product and customer experience. Be assured that if there are any difficulties along the way, we'll work hard to make things right. We aim to fix a problem with a product as soon as possible if you're not happy with it. Depending on your desire, we'll be happy to replace, exchange, or refund the amount you spent. Before returning a used item, we strongly advise contacting our Customer Service at customerservice Email. This will enable us to offer you the highest level of support.
DISAPPOINTING ITEMS
Unsatisfactory products may be returned within 30 days as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please be aware that, unless the item is wrong or damaged, the client is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. You can use any trackable shipping method to return things to us. As we cannot accept COD returns, make sure your delivery is prepaid. Please give us up to 10 business days to complete your return once we receive it. The cost of the item will be covered by the refund if the item was delivered in perfect condition and as requested (minus the original shipping charge).
Broken or inaccurate items:
Please take a picture of the original packing (including the box the item was transported in) if you think your product was delivered damaged or incorrectly so we may, if necessary, follow up with our shipper. We will provide reimbursement, provide a replacement, and pay for return shipping once we get the products.
FORMULA FOR RETURNS:
Call our customer care team and let them know the item(s) and why you want to return them. Pack the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging after obtaining our return instructions. Within the package, include your order number. (Simply go to My Account, click Order History, select the appropriate order number, and write it down or print it out.) Deliver the product to the specified return address that our customer support staff has supplied. Please use a trackable mailing method and let our customer support staff know the return tracking number.
The price of the item will be refunded using the original payment method. After delivering your package to the return shipper, you should anticipate receiving your refund within a few weeks. You will, however, typically get your refund more quickly. This time frame takes into account the transit time (10–15 business days) for us to receive your return from the shipper, the processing time (3–5 business days) for us to handle your return once we receive it, and the time (in business days) needed by your bank to handle our refund request (3–7 business days).
IMPORTANT NOTE
Never return a package to the address printed on the package. That won't be our return address, and your package will be lost as a result. The loss resulting from the incorrect address will be your responsibility. Contact our customer service instead, and they will be glad to assist.
ACCOUNTS
You must always give us true, complete, and up-to-date information when setting up an account with us. Your account on our service may be immediately terminated if you violate the terms by failing to do so. Whether your password is with our service or a third-party service, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activities or actions carried out using it. You consent to keeping your password a secret from anyone else. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us right away.
