All shipments to Canada and the United States are delayed due to the strong demand and ongoing Covid-19 difficulties. All over-sea shipments are currently experiencing a delay, which is regrettable. Although it will take longer, every package will arrive. Contact customer service for a refund or other options if you have any more queries about the shipment delay.


Policies on Cancellations


If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a complete refund. If you decide to cancel the order, please use the Contact Us page to issue an assistance ticket. A 10% cancellation fee is charged for purchases that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but prior to shipment. Order cancellation requests that have already been mailed out will NOT be honoured by us.


Return/Exchange


Although we have strict quality control procedures in place to guarantee that every product we ship is in perfect condition, requests for returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary. We advise opening your shipment right away to check it. Please get in touch with us right away if there is ever a damaged, missing, or wrong item in a box so we can fix any issues.


Refund/Exchange Policies


Please abide by the following rules to make the return/exchange process as simple as possible: To get a return/exchange permission and return address within 30 days after receipt, kindly get in touch with our customer care. We won't accept a shipment that has been returned without permission from customer support. We only accept return requests for our items if there are issues with the quality. Additionally, kindly accept slight colour and size variations as they are unavoidable. All products being returned must be in brand-new condition, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and panty protective strip still attached. Items that have obvious signs of use, such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other product stains, will be refused.


To avoid paying taxes on your return, send it through the mail and include the completed return/exchange authorisation form. Customers are responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so be sure to retain a record of your tracking number for future use. Please be aware that we cannot accept packages that have been sent to the return address. Within seven business days of receiving the returned package, we will arrange an exchange or refund via email and notify the customer. The return policy for EU customers will follow local law in the EU.


WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, WHAT HAPPENS?


You will get an email immediately after making a purchase that confirms your online order, the method of shipment, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card, assuming that you supplied a working email address during the checkout process. Please be aware that we pre-authorize the full amount of your order when you place it in order to verify your credit card, and that your credit card will be charged three days later. You will be given a full refund for the unavailable product if the product's availability changes after your credit card has been charged.
