Were you aware when the return package arrived?
We will email you to let you know that we have received your return shipment as soon as it arrives at our facility. The amount of time it takes to receive the returned goods varies depending on your address.
Who pays the shipping costs when an item is returned?
If the goods are faulty, which includes being incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise flawed, we will pay for return shipping as follows: Actual shipping charges for the returned item Please get in touch with customer service right away if you received a damaged or incorrectly packaged item so we can fix the problem. Every purchase should be exactly what was expected and delivered. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this scenario. If you are returning multiple items, please ship them all back together to ensure free returns on all of them.
You may be required to pay an extra shipping fee if you return the items one at a time. If a consumer is dissatisfied: This situation arises when the customer purchases the incorrect thing, the item is inappropriate, or the customer no longer likes the item. In this instance, the buyer is responsible for covering the real shipping costs. Only products in their original state with the manufacturer's label are accepted for returns.
EXCHANGES
Only damaged, incorrectly sized, or defective items are exchanged. Please email us at support@shetory.com if you need to exchange something.
DELIVERY
When your order has been verified, support@shetory.com will send you an email. We include the following information with our products and ship them within the United States: Five to eight business days are needed for processing (Monday to Friday). Orders delivered to addresses in the US may take up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) to arrive. Please email support@shetory.com if, after three weeks, you have still not received your order.
When will you get your money back?
Please give the appropriate department 3 business days to review the returned item once we get it before we decide whether or not to provide a refund. Your purchase will include an email with the decision. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund if you are approved for one. Your original credit card or payment method will automatically receive your refund.
What should you do if you encounter any issues?
Please contact us for better guidance if the product is flawed or you have still not received your refund. Please inform us as soon as you can. The Shetory Shop's sales and refund requirements must be followed in order to grant refund claims.
Taxes, handling fees, and shipping costs
FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliver all orders to addresses in the USA. For all overseas orders, the shipping choices are UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Use the signature service if you don't want to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you choose not to use the signature service. Please get in touch with us if this is the case so that we can file a claim on your behalf.
