How far do we ship?
With the exception of the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, Rebelstork offers national delivery on the majority of its items. In some instances, a member of our customer service team may get in touch with you to discuss shipping a product to your house, which can incur an extra cost.
When will my order arrive?
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been verified. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your item has been completed. All orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification if you chose the depot pickup option; you will be alerted when your order is ready for pickup.
Christmas shopping
So that we can deliver your items on time, start your Christmas shopping now or as soon as you can. Because we are an online marketplace and cannot control all delivery windows, the earlier you purchase, the more likely we are to be able to meet your deadline.
Requests for seller-item returns
If you would like your unsold products returned to you, Rebelstork will accept a return request. Items that are returned are subject to a $15 restocking charge per item and will be made available for pickup at a predetermined shipping depot by Rebelstork.
Product information and cost
Items must pass our quality and condition inspection before being featured on our website. Our pricing algorithm uses market demand and an approximation of fair market worth to establish an approximate sale price. Rebelstork will evaluate the cost and make it public. There will be no other sale prices allowed. Items that don't pass a quality or condition inspection may be eligible for donation. Rebelstork has the right to change the pricing if market demand declines. All product claims are restricted to the claims made by the product maker and, if appropriate, your experience with the product.

These vendor terms are expressly incorporated by reference into the Rebelstork Privacy Policy, which outlines our practises for the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. You accept that by opening an account or otherwise using the Website, you consent to receiving communications from us that are promotional in nature.
