GIFTS
You will be given a gift credit for the value of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when it was bought and sent to you. A gift card will be provided to you when the returned item is received. We will notify the gift giver of your return and provide them a refund if the item was not identified as a gift when it was purchased or if the order was mailed to you by the gift giver.
SHIPPING
The cost of mailing your item back to us is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one. The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will likely depend on where you reside. Consider using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance if you are sending an item that costs more than $75. Our promise that we'll get your returned item is not a promise.
