Where is my order?


Your order may be at your front door, at the warehouse, ready to ship, or on its way. Check to see whether you have a shipping email first. Why is my order late?


First, double-check the delivery method you selected at checkout. Next, consider the timing you requested. If you place an order after 12 PM PST, all shipping choices, including USA Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping, will not be completed until the next business day. Orders with priority express delivery, on the other hand, will be processed every day of the year, including holidays and Sundays. Why was my order cancelled?


If you received a cancellation order from us, it means that when we tried to package it for shipping, we ran out of that item. The payment method you used to make the initial transaction will be used to reimburse you. The time it takes for your refund to be deposited into your account is determined by the credit card company.


Can I change my order?


We start working as soon as you submit an order! Unfortunately, this means that because it is already being processed at the warehouse, we will be unable to make any adjustments. The products you don't want must be returned, or you must place another order.
