Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Return address and refund
You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please contact us via email and provide the necessary information. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received; we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable. We will notify you by email immediately after completing the refund operation on our side.
