Processing of orders
With the exception of weekends and holidays, we process orders in 0–4 working days. Orders that are placed successfully will get an email confirmation containing the order information. If you don't see an email from us, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us to confirm. Please get in touch with us right away at info@verihend.com if you require any help with your order. Once your order has been delivered, we won't be able to modify it.
Please double-check that you typed in the correct address. If the address you enter contains mistakes, we are not liable for non-delivery. We will reimburse the original order (less the shipping price) if an order is returned due to an inaccurate address. We will then request that you resubmit your purchase.
Any delays caused by the shipping company are not our fault.

Small items
The United States Postal Service offers shipping for a variety of lightweight products. You will receive an email as soon as your item leaves the warehouse and be able to monitor your transaction online.
Items of medium size
We will use one of numerous freight carriers to carry medium- to bulky items, such as home décor products, that cannot be sent by the United States Postal Service. You will be able to follow the progress of your things online once they have left the warehouse. Please be aware that the delivery dates listed on the carriers' websites are simply estimations, and we accept no responsibility for items that are delivered after the scheduled time. The shipping address you provide when placing your order will be used to ship the items. Due to the inability of our shipping partners to deliver to a PO Box, we are unable to accept a PO Box as a mailing address for these products. For delivery, we advise you to include a street address.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Returns and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund. issues and damages
Please check your purchase when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or faulty so we can look into it and make it right.
Exemptions and merchandise are not returnable.
Gases, volatile liquids, and dangerous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns regarding a particular item, do get in touch. Unfortunately, discounted products and gift cards cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensuring that you receive what you want.
REFUNDS
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund is granted. Your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed if accepted. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need some time to process and deposit the refund.
