We are still making Gearbunch gear by hand. Our incredible team is safely practising social distancing in our production facilities. Due to the effects of covid-19, shipping times have increased by up to double in some cases. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges made outside of this link will be rejected because they will not enter our quality control system. Because quality is our top priority, there is no need to return damaged or faulty equipment. You certainly can, but you must act quickly. Once your order has been printed, we are unable to make changes. We can still make this change for you as long as your item hasn't shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over it (you will receive tracking information when it is shipped). You must then contact the carrier who is delivering your items. Although we ship worldwide, our headquarters are in the United States. If you are not a resident of the United States, you may still place an order. Credit card companies and PayPal will simply use your own currency when you check out.
