Order Cancellation
Please email us at service@cupbeach.com with your order number and the reason you wish to cancel the order. Requests to cancel orders that have been sent are not acceptable. Please submit a return request after you have the package. Usually, you'll get your money back in 5 to 15 business days. (If a refund is due and not received within 30 days, please email us.)
Exchange/Return Procedure
All products being returned for a refund or exchange must be in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and without any washing or alterations. If not, there will be no refund, and the customer is still responsible for all costs. Within 15 days after the delivery date, items may be exchanged or returned. Please be aware that late requests cannot be honoured. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Direct mail returns without prior authorization are not accepted by us.
