Orders' Policy on Refunds: Refunds returned with the message "Undeliverable"
All returned items are handled right away and refunded in accordance with the item received. Exchanges & Returns:
Within 14 days of receipt, you may return or exchange your product if you're not completely happy with it. Send an email to with the order number and problem. Your credit card will be reimbursed when the items have been returned in line with the aforementioned instructions, minus shipping costs. Once the returned items are collected and examined, if you requested an exchange, your replacement items will be prepared for dispatch.
