Orders' Policy on Refunds: Refunds returned with the message "Undeliverable"
All returned items are handled right away and refunded in accordance with the item received. Cancellations:
Order cancellation requests must be made by 3 p.m. PST on the day the order was placed in order to completely cancel the transaction. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the full cost of the item(s) if you decide to cancel on a future day. Your credit card statement may not reflect the refund for up to 10 business days. Exchanges & Returns:
Within 14 days of receipt, you may return or exchange your product if you're not completely happy with it. Send an email to with the order number and problem. Your credit card will be reimbursed when the items have been returned in line with the aforementioned instructions, minus shipping costs. Once the returned items are collected and examined, if you requested an exchange, your replacement items will be prepared for dispatch. Please wait up to 7 to 10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your account.
